Question. What's the trick? 3 years. 3 years of subbing. More interviews then I can count: multiples in some school districts. I won't deny I find negative thoughts seeping into my day. I find the positive, the silver linings, those warm fuzzies when I get to sub in my favorite places. I go to bed knowing someday one day I will get my dream.
